How long have you been with IOTA Group?
Beforehand, being independent, I was specialized in energy, industry, and infrastructure trades. I used to help my clients, based in France and Africa, on key sourcing for major projects. 2 years ago, I joined the IOTA family as Resident Manager to the Tunisian branch.
As Country Manager, what is your role?
In IOTA Tunisia, we create Talent Resourcing solutions adapted to the customers’ requirements. Our support solutions (local contract, logistics, legalization, recruitment) comply with the compliance rules required by the countries where we operate. As Resident Manager, my role is to develop new opportunities in our sectors of activity. Today, we work mainly with the oil and gas, construction, telecom and renewable energies industries. Our experience, our professionalism, our responsiveness and our flexibility enable us to accompany our customers and partners by offering them “tailored” services.
What do you expect for IOTA Tunisia short-term development?
Thanks to its geographical position, IOTA Tunisia plays an important role in the development process of our group. In the medium term, we are paving the ground for entrepreneurial initiatives and facilitating access to new opportunities in North Africa.The forthcoming opening of the Libyan market (a bordering country to Tunisia with privileged relations on both human and economic plan) gives rise to good growth prospects for the years to come. Currently, we are developing a training program for locals (Tunisians). We assist our customers’ employees in the energy sector to meet the needs of tomorrow.
Today, what is your recruitment strategy?
Our strategy is based on building a relationship of trust between IOTA Tunisia and our consultants. As an employer, we follow up on them from A to Z during their professional career.
