How long have you been with IOTA Group?
After several years of experience in consulting and engineering, I joined Thierry CUSIN’s company, IOTA Group, as Resident Manager for the French subsidiary.
Since 2014, I coordinate the activities of the subsidiary based in Paris.
As Resident Manager, what is your role?
In IOTA Industrie, we operate throughout France and in a few European countries. We guarantee all the necessary compliance for each of our operations.
My role is to interface between IOTA Industrie, the head office in Switzerland and the other entities of the IOTA Group. I lead my team in the commercial development of new opportunities, in our activity sectors.
What do you expect for IOTA Algeria short-term development?
Our sector is constantly evolving and needs to be adapted. We have diversied our activities in Renewable Energies and Nuclear, in addition to our historical activities such as Oil and Gas. Currently, we are expanding our sectors to intervene in the Naval and Railway industries.
With regard to our offers, the market imposes new modes of operation such as intrated solution or package, in addition to the current talent resourcing.
Ultimately, our ambition is to become a key player in the world of talent resourcing and the project.
Today, what is your recruitment strategy?
Historically, at IOTA Industrie, recruitment was based on referrals from our employees. We wish to pursue this “win-win” strategy with our consultants and extend it to our partners.
Currently, we focus on the search for multi-job profiles, with skills in the field of Railway and Naval.
We are also looking for “Construction and Engineering” oriented profiles on various professions such as:
- Electricity,
- Mecanical,
- Control-Command
- Instrumentation
- Civil engineering with experience in power plants / refineries
