IOTA Group offers Training solutions to Customers investing in the development of their personnel or when required to fill in a competency gap within their organization.
IOTA Group has built a dedicated core team of technical authorities able to train operational teams in-class and site based on-the-job (OJT).
A Customer may first require IOTA Group to carry an audit of its teams onsite, then design a specific training strategy and contents to close in the existing gaps.
Since 2017, Techma Support, an Emirati company specialized in technical training, working mainly in the Oil & Gas industry, accredited in HSE (Hygiene, Safety and Environment), joined the IOTA Group teams.
Thanks to this acquisition, our group is strengthening its know-how in emergency response and disaster management.
We are now able to deliver basic and advanced training to NFPA and UK/EU. We offer competency to all levels of response from first responders to managers operating at a strategic level, when required to deal with major emergencies.
