Make communication a priority in our internal / external exchanges to ensure the reliability and integration of our information. Promote a climate of trust and exchange with Clients and Employees. Health / Safety at Work : Promote a culture of accident / incident / professional diseases risk prevention. Make emergency management a priority to promote an attitude based on shared vigilance through simulations and varied exercises. Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of trauma and disease. Meet legal requirements and other requirements (customers). Eliminate hazards and reduce risks to Health and Safety at Work, including the risks associated with hardship factors. Continuously improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Implement consultation and participation of workers and workers’ representatives. Support the establishment of health and safety committees and their functioning. Provide appropriate training to our staff according to the risks related to their workstation and provide Collective and Individual Protection Equipment adapted to different work situations. Nuclear safety : Make staff aware of a corporate nuclear safety culture by : – The integration of the practices of reliability of the intervenor through the pre-job briefing, the “one minute stop”, the self-control, the crossed control, the secure communication, the debriefing. – Adherence to the fundamental functions of nuclear safety to ensure the integrity of the three barriers for the protection of people and the environment against ionizing radiation. – The individual development of a professionalism of safety combining an interrogative attitude, a rigorous and careful approach and an effective communication. – Prevent and limit risks for the protection of interests. Evaluate and continuously improve the level of security of the services provided. Analyze and control safety risks by monitoring our services through site audits. Communicate any issues or gaps transparently internally and externally to all stakeholders. Provide the company with the means and resources necessary to implement this policy and ensure the safety of our actions. Environment : Prevent environmental impacts through planned actions : training, talks, staff awareness, selective sorting and recycling. Analyze the context in which our organization evolves in order to ensure consistency with our Environmental Management System. Evaluate the importance of key environmental aspects on the life cycle of our projects. Strengthen dialogue with stakeholders and define their expectations. Actively participate in reducing our carbon emissions in line with the Sustainable Development Goals for 2030. Renew our environmental actions as part of the 2015 version of ISO 14001 to better disseminate the importance of environmental awareness in our customers’ projects. Corporate Social Responsibility : Promote the well-being of our employees. Respect the individual, his dignity and his fundamental rights. Prevent all forms of discrimination and promote equal opportunities. Protect personal data. Contribute to the creation of lasting jobs and contribute to socio-economic development in our geographic sector. Create the conditions for social dialogue in all its forms. Ensure a fair remuneration system. Limit pollution and nuisances of all types as much as possible. Prevent any act of active or passive corruption. Guarantee the conditions for fair competition. Evaluate the CSR conduct of our suppliers. Ensure gender equity within society. Promote responsible purchasing. Radioprotection : Comply with applicable radioprotection regulations and the requirements of the CEFRI (E) specification. Maintain as low as possible the ionizing radiation exposures of IOTA staff. Prevent the risks of exposure to ionizing radiation. Continuously improve our radioprotection performance. With this in mind, Management is committed to using its feedback to analyze the situations encountered and take them into account in its management system. Zero non-conformances for 3 years!

Thanks to the work carried out by our teams and especially our QHSE service. Our headquarters and French subsidiary is once again certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 for another 3 years by the Certification Body (SGS).This amazing success is explained by Vianney ROUZET, Manager QH2SER and Valentin COLLAS Engineer QHSE: Why is IOTA Group ISO certified?Well, first of all, the process of obtaining these certifications is completely of the company’s own volition.Over the past 15 years, IOTA has been constantly improving itself in order to guarantee a quality service for our clients and consultants, while maintaining a high level of compliance every year. Going even further in our approach of conformity, prevention, and continuous improvement noticeably by our proactivity. How has IOTA Group managed to obtain 0 non-conformances for the past 3 years?Indeed, IOTA Group has broken a new record this year with no detected non-conformances for a 3rd year in a rowThis is due, among other things, to everyone acquainting themselves with the different processes, and many actions were carried out to raise the awareness of the IOTA employees, whether in the offices or on sites, there is at least one staff member awareness per week on average. Furthermore, each newcomer receives training related to companies’ high demands. These same requirements are expected by our customers to meet their expectations and needs. What are the prospects in terms of certification for the IOTA Group?Today, our certifications concern the Swiss / French scope. We decided to take several steps in order to extend our certifications to all our subsidiaries, starting with Gabon. Finally, we are working on the transition from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001.
