Our headquarters and French subsidiary is once again certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 for another 3 years by the Certification Body (SGS).This amazing success is explained by Vianney ROUZET, Manager QH2SER and Valentin COLLAS Engineer QHSE: Why is IOTA Group ISO certified?Well, first of all, the process of obtaining these certifications is completely of the company’s own volition.Over the past 15 years, IOTA has been constantly improving itself in order to guarantee a quality service for our clients and consultants, while maintaining a high level of compliance every year. Going even further in our approach of conformity, prevention, and continuous improvement noticeably by our proactivity. How has IOTA Group managed to obtain 0 non-conformances for the past 3 years?Indeed, IOTA Group has broken a new record this year with no detected non-conformances for a 3rd year in a rowThis is due, among other things, to everyone acquainting themselves with the different processes, and many actions were carried out to raise the awareness of the IOTA employees, whether in the offices or on sites, there is at least one staff member awareness per week on average. Furthermore, each newcomer receives training related to companies’ high demands. These same requirements are expected by our customers to meet their expectations and needs.
