Ever since its inception, this initial entrepreneurial state of mind has never stopped being the essence of IOTA’s approach to business success and true long-term value creation for its Customers.
Today, IOTA Group assigns a lot of consultants across 60 different countries and tailors solutions around three main business activities, Talent Resourcing, Gateway services and Global mobility services. As an international independent business IOTA Group operates at the highest standards of quality and ethics worldwide. IOTA commits to abiding by the laws of host countries, transferring value and skills from its business to local communities and acting as a socially and environmentally responsible stakeholder.

We are a family transcultural group that solely live on our values, our independence, our expertise and our efficiency.
For that new website version, we have chosen to communicate on our main continent of excellence, Africa. IOTA Group have decided 10 years ago to massively invest in Africa with African partners, this program will be accelerated for the next 2 years to achieve our ambitions and reach our goal to be present in most countries of the continent.
For more than 40 years we have been supporting Fortune 500 Operating and Engineering Groups, Manufacturers and Service companies, as well as SMEs on all their international challenges. Our experience is now available for our traditional clients, but as well for International Organisations and the Governmental Organisations.
