PROJECT ENGINEER – TRANSPORTATION & INSTALLATION (T&I)_ Residential position

Company Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer – T&I to support the T&I Package Manager in the technical coordination and execution of the FSO ADIANA Replacement Project. The role involves contractor supervision, offshore operations preparation, interface management, logistics coordination, progress monitoring, and HSE compliance. 

Job Description

• Support the T&I Package Manager in contract execution and technical coordination.
• Monitor contractor activities, project progress, planning, and reporting.
• Prepare and review technical documentation and offshore operational dossiers.
• Coordinate interfaces between contractors, project teams, logistics, and marine installation teams.
• Manage technical queries, deviations, change requests, and correspondence.
• Coordinate logistics, equipment mobilization, and operational readiness.
• Participate in risk assessments and operational reviews, ensuring mitigation measures are implemented.
• Support offshore operations and act as Company Representative when required.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Contribute to as-built documentation, project close-out, and lessons learne

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas, particularly offshore engineering and construction.
• Experience in transportation and installation, contractor management, and interface coordination.
• Knowledge of technical document control, contract management, planning, and change management.
• Strong understanding of offshore HSE requirements and marine operations.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Valid offshore medical fitness certificate.
• Valid OPITO-approved BOSIET/HUET certification.
• Valid GSES certification for Company Representative duties offshore.
• Knowledge of TotalEnergies standards and procedures is an advantage.
